Conservatory Rebuild to Solve Long-Term Leaks
This conservatory had been suffering from leaks for several years and presented a unique challenge due to the roof needing to fit around an existing balcony.
After discussing different options with the homeowner, our team designed a solution that would not only resolve the structural issues but also dramatically improve the space.

We've had a leaky conservatory for the last few years and eventually decided to get it sorted. It was unusual as the conservatory roof fitted around a balcony. We had a few people round and asked them for ideas/options. Mark spent time discussing what he thought might be possible and then went away to draw up some ideas and costs.
Once we'd settled on a design things moved fairly quickly with scaffolding, delivery of materials, glazing and different teams getting involved as required to take down the old and put up the new.
Once the scaffolding came down we had a 'Wow' moment as we saw what a difference Mark's suggestion of full length windows made.
We are really happy with our rebuilt conservatory and it was a pleasure dealing with all those involved.
SupaLite I-Lite Roof Conservatory Conversion with Full Height Glazing
The project included the installation of a SupaLite I-Lite flat roof with S1 roof lanterns, alongside lower UPVC solar neutral glazing and full-length picture windows to maximise natural light and views. The windows cleverly designed being steel reinforced concealed in the frames to allow large picture windows with the existing brick pillars were reinforced, the interior fully plastered and rendered, and a GRP flat roof with integrated LED lighting was installed to complete the transformation.
Once the scaffolding was removed, the impact of the full-height glazing became clear, creating a bright, modern living space that the homeowners can enjoy all year round. The finished result is a completely rebuilt conservatory conversion that combines improved performance, contemporary design and exceptional natural light.
